To serve the people of Lebanon through food distribution in the poorest and least served areas.
The Lebanese People
As a native of Lebanon, Nazih has always kept a piece of his home country in his heart. The family returns annually to visit family and help where they can. After their last visit, they decided to do more to help the citizens of Lebanon. They began a charity named The Loving Touch. The Loving Touch is a 501c3 charity and your donations are tax deductible.
Untold Suffering
Currently, the lack of a government has caused an economic downturn. As the gridlock continues, the citizens are lacking the ability to satisfy basic needs. As of February of 2019, Lebanon has the highest number of refugees per capita in the world. More than 1 million have fled from Syria into neighboring Lebanon. Add to that the deteriorating public services and you end up with the people suffering.

Make A Real Change In Someone’s Life
Their niece, still in Lebanon, spoke with Nazih and Teresa about how she was using her money to buy bulk food, prepare it, and distribute it to the poor and hungry nearby. She explained clothing is badly needed as well. It was after these conversations that the idea of The Loving Touch was formed. The family pledged to send money every month to their niece, to fund her efforts in taking care of the people in their town.
Kindness Grows Quickly
The employees at Absolute Pest Control also joined in the act of kindness. Which furthered Nazih and Teresa to match donations from their employees.
Clean, Gently Used Clothing Needed
When International travel is back to normal, every trip we take to Lebanon, we will bring extra suitcases with clothing for the citizens. If you would like to help with these efforts, let us know.
